Our Aim

We aim to offer a service that can be tailored to meet your needs and provide a comfortable, quiet space during your stay. We work collaboratively as a team  to ensure our guests can have a stay that suits their particular needs, therefore we focus on delivering flexibility, creativity and a client-centred approach. 

We guarantee our home to be comfortable, spacious, temperature controlled, clean and with all linen provided.  The kitchen is self contained and if you require any further kitchen utensils please let us know during your stay.

All therapeutic treatments are offered by professional local therapists.  We discuss with you what you require, any matters concerning and are able to be flexible in delivering therapies, for example times, costs, oils preferred etc.  Please note ALL therapies need to be booked in advance as we are also a busy local practise as well.

We aim to offer a variety of accommodation packages solely as suggestions that guests can have staying at Mac Retreat.  The health retreat services are opportunities for you to create how you would like to use the space and opportunities that Mac Retreat provide.  Please feel free to discuss with us any other ideas you may have to best meet you and/or your groups needs.

If you are not happy with your stay and/or any of your therapeutic treatments please discuss with us so we can negotiate ways to meet your requirements and improve on our services.
