Our Gaurantee 

The Mac Retreat team gaurantee to offer you a quiet and comfortable stay.  We provide clean fresh linen, a self-contained kitchen, T.V /DVD and access to DVD's from the local DVD shop to ensure you can have a wide choice of movies.  The spa pool is chlorine free and is filtered twice daily and cleaned regularly.  Three adult bikes are here for your use, they are not brand new but are regularly used and kept maintained.  If you are at all unsatisfied with you stay, please discuss with us so we can try and amend any dissatisfaction. 

We gaurantee to offer safe and confidential therpaeutic massage, spa treatments and counselling services by professional and qualified health providers.  If you are at all not satisfied with your treatments please discuss this with us.  It is important that in your first interview with our staff that you disclose any personal information to us that may have any concerns relating to your treatments so we can work with you in regards to your personal needs. For example, pregnancy, varicose veins, skin conditions etc.

The infra-red sauna is here for your use but we do ask that everyone takes personal responsibility for themselves while in the sauna and manages their own level of heat comfort and fluid intake.  Mac Retreat staff WILL NOT hold any responsibility of effects from the sauna i.e., this is taken under your own risk and management.

We aim to ensure we can offer effective respite care and child minding services within the services we advertise and in what we negotiate with each guest.  If you are at all dissatisfied with these services please discuss these matters with Shanta and Sandra.
