Spa Pool – Our spa pool is chlorine and chemical free. We cleanse the water through using a natural silver process. The spa pool can be used solely for its own purpose or used in conjunction with other therapies for half an hour before or after treatment. $15 for half hour soak. Free for guests staying at Mac Retreat,
Therapeutic and Sport Massage - A full body therapeutic massage to meet your individual needs. Includes relaxation and therapeutic techniques to help relieve stress, muscle tensions and injuries. $75 for one hour $110 for one and a half hours. Hot Stone Massage – Using and combining hot stones with massage in various ways, bringing fast relief to stiff, sore muscles and aches and pains and elevating a deep sense of relaxation. $130 for 1.5 hrs
Reflexology – A foot massage which helps assist relaxation and can be used as a diagnostic tool to access the condition of your overall health. $75 for 1 hr
Gentle Energy Work – Including soft rocking and stretching, in order to release energy blocks and bring awareness to subtle sensations - very relaxing!
APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY AND CANCELLATIONS WILL REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE otherwise a fee may occur.
