I cannot speak highly enough of the spa wrap and massage treatment, more than 2 hours of complete body pampering, skilfully and competently carried out by Sandra.

First, imagine your entire body gently ‘scrubbed’ by specially created organic products made from Bright Earth Products, exclusive to Mac Retreat. Then, choose from three different clay products – I chose the Nourishing version but you may prefer the Detox or pampering versions – and imagine warm, smooth clay applied to your newly-exfoliated skin before being wrapped up, covered with a hot towel and left to relax and ‘incubate’. A warm shower and then you are ready for the full-body massage with exclusive oils - bliss! I do not remember feeling so relaxed, my skin smooth and soft.

The entire experience was very womb-like and nourishing at a very deep and very satisfying level.
